What is World of Warcraft private server?

There is no physical different between retail and the private server. The only different is "Retail server" is much better and less buggy than the private server. Also private servers offers F2P or "free to play" service. There's a lot of good private server but remember that each one offers different service towards another so its up to you to choose the best.
